In Rico, a tiny mining town nestled high in the mountains of southwestern Colorado, blooming lilacs are the harbingers of a long-awaited summer. Our Mountain Lilac scent intertwines their lush blossoms with vibrant wildflowers. As the scent evolves it reveals notes of wood hyacinth, mountain bluebells and bristlecone pine, floating over a base of vetiver and dusty dirt.

Mountain Lilac Memories

As soon as I opened the lid to the new Mountain Lilac candle I was jolted back to my childhood and picking huge bouquets of lilacs in our yard. I'd wait for them every year. They never seemed to last as long as I wanted. This scent is the most spot-on scent of those memories I've come across so far. Other Lilac scents have disappointed and not come close. Will buy a bouquet of these!

I can enjoy any sort of scent, but this candle is very very bad. I'm not sure why. It's smells like acrid mold? Maybe I just got an old one.

As I had hoped

Sometimes I buy gifts based on the name, don’t you 😉 Mountain Lilac. A flood of memories came rushing back. I could smell the lilacs mom grew in our yard. Childhood summers free as a bird.
