SHIPPING TERMS

  • ORDER PROCESSING: In most cases, orders will ship the next business day after receipt of order. Some take an additional day or two to process. During the Holidays (Black Friday through Christmas) it can sometimes take 3-5 business days to ship your order. We are a small business with just a couple folks picking and packing orders, thank you for understanding and planning ahead! Please note that carriers don't pick up on Federal Holidays, so orders will be shipped the following business day.
  • SHIPPING FEES: We offer UPS and USPS shipping at live, discounted rates. Feel free to select the speed and service that best suits you. Please note that selecting express shipping does not guarantee same-day fulfillment. 
  • FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100 shipped within the contiguous United States via commercial or USPS Ground only. The same applies to Free Shipping Sales. Free shipping does not include international, AK/HI or express shipping. 
  • FREE SHIPPING + 10% OFF ENTIRE ORDER ON ALL ORDERS OVER $300 shipped within the contiguous United States via commercial Ground or USPS.
    • Our regular rates apply for express shipping and for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
    • Separate orders placed by the same customer but going to different locations cannot be combined to receive free shipping.
    • This evergreen offer may sometimes be paused or modified when we have time-bound promotions that are a better deal (aka 20% off site-wide, or BFCM). 
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping at market rates. If market rates do not populate for your address, it's likely that we are not equipped to ship to your location (typically this is related to customs documentation requirements). In that case, we recommend using a third-party forwarding service like Bonvu. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
  • HOLIDAY SHIPPING CUTOFFS: We always recommend ordering earlier rather than later as carriers often experience backlogs during the holidays and our workshop is in a rural location. In 2026 to ultimate cutoffs are: for Thanksgiving, order ground by Sun, Nov 15 (2-day by Wed, Nov 18). For Christmas, order ground by Sun, Dec 13, Priority Mail by Tue, Dec 15, or overnight by Fri, Dec 18. 

These shipping terms apply to all RETAIL web & phone orders. They do not apply to wholesale orders, which are subject to wholesale terms.
