Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING TERMS

    • ORDER PROCESSING:¬†In most cases, orders will ship the next business day after receipt of order. Some take an additional day or two to process. If your order is further delayed for any reason, we will reach out to you with options. Please note that carriers don't pickup on Federal Holidays, so orders will be shipped the following day.
    • SHIPPING FEES:¬†We offer UPS and USPS shipping at live, discounted rates. Feel free to select the speed and service that best suits you. Please note that selecting express shipping does not guarantee¬†same-day fulfillment.¬†
    • FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER $100¬†shipped within the contiguous United States via¬†commercial or USPS Ground only. The same applies to Free Shipping Sales. Free shipping¬†does not include international, AK/HI or express shipping.¬†
    • FREE SHIPPING + 10% OFF ENTIRE ORDER ON ALL ORDERS OVER $300¬†shipped within the contiguous United States via¬†commercial Ground or USPS.
      • Our regular rates apply for express shipping and for orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
      • Separate orders placed by the same customer but going to different locations cannot be combined to receive free shipping.
    • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:¬†We offer international shipping¬†at market rates. If market rates to not populate for your address, it's likely that we are not equipped to ship to your location (typically this is related to customs documentation requirements). In that case, we recommend using a third-party¬†forwarding service like Bonvu. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us directly.
    • ROUTE SHIPPING INSURANCE:¬†Route is optional, carbon-neutralizing shipping insurance you can purchase for your order. If you opt into Route, you'll receive extra detail about your shipment and, if it's lost or damaged, you'll be able to request a full replacement with ease (or we can do so on your behalf). It's important to note that different shipping carriers cover¬†packages at different levels. We will always do our best, file cases on customers' behalf, etc., but we cannot guarantee replacement of your order if you opt out of coverage.¬†
These shipping terms apply to all RETAIL web & phone orders. They do not apply to wholesale orders, which are subject to wholesale terms.

    RETURN POLICY

    We make candles of exceptional quality and guarantee your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund or replacement. 

    Returning Defective Product: We take extreme care in the production and delivery of our candles. In the rare case that something goes wrong, we'll make it right. Reach out to us and let us know what happened. We will refund your order in full or send replacements. We'll also cover return shipping.

    Buyer Remorse Returns: If you're returning (unused!) product because you changed your mind or accidentally ordered the wrong thing, you'll need to cover the return shipping cost. We can produce a shipping label for you and deduct the cost from your refund, or you can purchase your own shipping. We'll issue your refund when the returned product has arrived and been reshelved. 

    If you're sending back unused product for refund, please follow these steps: 

    • Give us a heads up via email (sales@beeswaxcandles.com) and let us know if you need a shipping label.¬†
    • Take great care in repacking the items. Full credit can only be given for items¬†returned in the same condition in which they were received.¬†
    • Include the packing slip that came with your order or a printout of your order confirmation email.¬†
    • Ship returns to the address below (if you bought your own shipping, it never hurts to email us the tracking number so we can all stay on the same page):
