Cute as a cup in a saucer, these taper holders are lovely to behold and offer a sturdy base for our hand-dipped taper candles.  

Tom Bennett of Bennett Forge Works is our friend and neighbor. He is also an incredibly gifted blacksmith who cares about beauty and durability. He designed these hand-forged candle holders especially for Bluecorn and we've partnered with a team of artisans in India to have them produced fair trade. They're hefty to hold and imbued with character -- a perfect compliment to our super high quality taper candles.

  • Designed to house our classic Hand-Dipped Beeswax Tapers (7/8" diameter). If you're seeking holders for our smaller Ceremony Tapers (1/2" diameter) you can find them here. 

Dimensions & Care

  • Holder Dimensions: 4" L x 1.5" H. Opening for Candle: .875".
  • Simple dusting; occasional furniture polish can be used for added shine.
  • To remove wax, place holder on aluminum foil in toaster/oven and heat at 150 for 10 minutes. Wipe clean with cotton rag.
  • We don't recommend putting our hand-forged steel holders in the dishwasher as it may cause rusting

Does this candle holder contain lead? I know sometimes lead is used in soldering and putting metal pieces together, and we are replacing some candle holders that did have lead at the joins. Thank you for your help.
