Tapers give off such wonderful light. The smell really is honeyed if I remember to turn off any fans or heaters that blow the air around too much for me to notice. Tapers also seem to last the longest and are by far the least maintenance or concern - these are the practical ones you want for evening wind down! One or two tapers are enough to read by for me.

The candles were very lovely and good quality. I decorated them and plan to use them for my wedding.
I have been buying 12” tapers from Bluecorn for a few years now, and love them so much that I send some to my clients for the year-end holiday celebrations. The smell of beeswax brings back memories of visiting my Swiss family’s chalets, with their freshly beeswaxed and polished wood floors. The wax candle colors are also super complimentary to my own house’s interior design.

I know not every price is for everybody but these are so expensive. They look & smell just like cheap ones from China, I bought off of Amazon. my family couldn't tell the difference. The only difference we saw was the price point. I would love to be able to have enough money to buy from you guys again if I could see some type of difference

I’m sorry these didn’t stand out for you. Our tapers are hand‑dipped in the USA with 100% pure beeswax, which naturally puts them at a different price point than factory‑made imports. I understand that not every product fits every budget, but the materials and small‑batch process are what set them apart.

I recently discovered Bluecorn candles at the Portland (Oregon) Art Museum store and, attracted by the rich colors, bought 2 pairs of 12” tapers—teal and cranberry (or whatever the deep red is called). They burned so cleanly and for so long, and with no drips at all—I was very impressed! We always have candlelight at dinner in the dark winter months and these have added so much pleasure to the dining table. I had hoped to order more colors this time but so many colors were out of stock. I hope some of them will be back soon!
