Hand-Dipped Mini Beeswax Taper Candles
Deciding on a name for these delightful little candles was tough. We landed on Ceremony & Vigil Candles, but we could have easily gone with Meditation, Prayer, Celebration, Chime, Angel or Shabbat Candles. Whatever you call them, you get the idea. They are the perfect little candle to bring attention and intention to the moment.
These 1/2" wide, 4 1/2" tall tapers are hand-dipped, using 100% Pure Beeswax, by a steady hand and a keen eye. Kept out of drafts and away from fans, these mini tapers will burn dripless for roughly two hours.
We designed some lovely, solid brass candle holders especially for these small candles. You can find those holders here.
While these candles are not the same diameter as traditional Shabbat candles, they do burn for about the same time and many of our customers love lighting them for this purpose. Looking for beeswax Hanukkah candles? They're here!

- These mini tapers are also ideal for lighting up a Christmas tree in the traditional way.
Dimensions & Care
- (10) 4.5in. x 0.5in. candles per bag
- To light a joined taper please cut the wick ¼” from the candle top and light.
- To prevent dripping, keep away from open windows, fans or excessive airflow of any kind and place your hand behind flame when blowing out.
- Please note this is different than all other candle styles. To minimize smoking, use a snuffer to extinguish flame.

We use these mostly in a wooden Christmas carousel. They burn evenly with very little drippage. Very pretty light. Very light beeswax/honey smell which doesn't linger like the artificial stench added to many candles.
Fits perfectly in little chime candle sockets, mini chamber stick candles holders, and all the little “spell” candle holders at the local crystal shop. Bonus, they smell nice.
