Kelly H Got this as a gift for my husband who is a tea enthusiast. He loves it! I was worried it would be hard to fill but he said it was no problem at all. From the pictures it looks like you can fill it from the top but you can't actually. you fill it by sliding the metal upwards. It's nice that it holds all the tea under the water and not floating at the top
