Normally i love all bluecorn candles. The last two I’ve purchased have not burnt well.
The wick is not staying lit despite almost a full candle left to burn.
I called theur customer service and was told that i failed to mold the pillar candle properly.
I was not offered a replacement.

Thanks for your review and for being a Bluecorn customer. It sounds like your candle was over-molded, which can drown the wick and cause burning issues. We provide lots of info and support to help avoid and recover from this common mistake—but since it’s user error, we don’t offer refunds in these cases. That said, if troubleshooting doesn’t work and it turns out to be a wick issue (which is extremely rare), we’ll of course refund or replace.
