Pure Beeswax Candles Scented with Essential Oils & Botanicals

Our Botanica Beeswax scented pillar candles are made with 100% beeswax and pure essential oils and botanical extracts.

Our lightly filtered beeswax is sweetly aromatic on its own - with this in mind, we have chosen essential oils that blend seamlessly into this luxurious base to create inspiring, non-toxic, phthalate-free fragrances that are truly all natural.

Lavender: A wonderful blend of aromatic lavenders. This soothing bouquet contains Italian, Bulgarian and French lavenders.

Lemongrass, Cassia & Rosemary: Citrus top notes of tangerine, orange and lemongrass, a warm, spicy heart of rosemary and cinnamon.

Cypress & Sandalwood: An earthy, citrus aroma with bright orange top notes, a heart of copaiba balsam, and a woody base of patchouli, sandalwood and cedarwood.

Spruce: A blend of fir needle and fresh cut spruce play beautiful with the honeyed warmth of pure beeswax.

Cedarwood, Nutmeg & Lavender: Herbaceous lavender top notes, a sweet heart of ylang-ylang, and a woody, musky base of cedarwood.

Vanilla: A delicious creamy, subtly sweet and slightly spicy vanilla.

Eucalyptus & Orange: Cooling and clarifying eucalyptus top notes followed by a super orange.

Dimensions & Care

3” Dia. Pillars:

Trim wick to 1/4" before each lighting.
To avoid tunneling, burn for at least 3 hours per burn and mold the warm sides in toward the flame. This will melt the walls, utilizing all of the available fuel, and thus extend the overall burn time. It will also raise the molten wax level, and shrink any over-sized flame.
To prevent uneven burning and potential dripping, use a metal tool to redirect a curled or angled wick to the opposite direction. To prevent wick breakage when doing this, be sure to nudge the wick below the level of the molten pool where the wick is not burned and thus stronger.
To eliminate smoke when extinguishing the flame, use a tool to drip wax from the molten pool onto the burning wick.

Lovely, Calm Atmosphere

I love my new beeswax candles! They create a lovely, calm atmosphere with a subtle beeswax and, in my case, scented aroma. The only thing I would slant towards negative is that they are finicky about the length of the wick and will go out if the wick becomes too long while burning. Not a biggie, I just trim the wick and relight but there is some extra effort required. However, that being said, it is such a small negative in comparison to how much I love them, that it is definitely a "eh, no biggie."

Not much scent

Cannot tell that there is fragrance in it - essential oil?

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Our Botanica pillars are scented with 100% pure essential oils, which create a more natural and subtle aroma compared to the stronger synthetic fragrances used in many candles on the market. Those chemical fragrances — often including phthalates — tend to produce a much more intense scent both when the candle is unlit and burning.
Because we stick to pure essential oils, the scent will naturally be gentler. If you’re looking for the strongest possible hot throw, our large 3‑wick container candles create a wider melt pool and offer the best diffusion of essential oils. And if you prefer a more potent fragrance overall, our Aromatica coconut‑wax candles are a great option.

Love this candle!

I’ve been eyeing these candles for ages and I’ve finally took the plunge and bought some. I love that the scent is so light it doesn’t hurt my nose or give me an headache. The candle burned so evenly without tunneling or dripping all over the place. I just had to make sure to push the edges toward the flame when they were soft. Absolutely recommend these to anyone on the fence.
